Spiced Mango Tequila Cocktail


2 oz. of Siempre Tequila 2 oz. green apple liqueur 2 ripe mangos 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup of sparkling water 1 lemon 1 teaspoon of bitters Ice cubes


  1. Cube flesh of one full mango and blend it with a splash of water, reserve mango puree
  2. Place ice cubes in cocktail shaker and pour in tequila, green apple liqueur, sparkling water, bitters and the juice of one lemon
  3. Add in mango puree and shake until blended
  4. Use second mango to make mango wedges, cutting them to be as long and thin as possible
  5. Rub one side of the mango slice with the cayenne pepper
  6. Pour mango cocktail into glass and garnish with mango slice

Pro tip: add as much or as little spice as you would like by stirring the cocktail around with your spice-rubbed mango slice
